WHAT WE DO

Four practices, one conviction

The quality of a transformation is measured by the attention paid to people. From steering a single project to the lasting autonomy of your teams, every engagement is structured around the same framework, and every phase is approved separately: no blind commitment. We work in Lausanne and across French-speaking Switzerland.

Practice 1

Change management

You are launching a major project, and you want teams to truly follow, not just on paper. For the duration of the project, we steer adoption alongside you, from scoping through to embedding. Two ways to start, the same rigour.

Two entry points

Diagnostic and recommendations

3 to 5 days · no commitment to what follows

Read the situation, identify friction points, prioritise the levers. A short entry point that can lead to broader support, with no prior commitment.

You leave with: an executive summary (5 to 10 slides), a map of prioritised friction points, the ACAEM© success confidence index.

Full support

3-phase engagement · duration defined at scoping

From initial scoping through to implementation and embedding adoption. Each phase is approved separately: you decide whether to continue at each stage.

You leave with: a prioritised roadmap, an adoption measurement plan and trained internal relays. Details phase by phase below.

Another possible entry point: a one-day executive clarification workshop, to align sponsors and leave with a shared direction.

The full engagement, phase by phase

Phase 1

Understand and scope

We read your situation, identify human and organisational risks, and define a target destination with you.

Phase 2

Support strategy

We co-build a prioritised roadmap, synchronised with your programme, and an adoption measurement plan.

Phase 3

Implementation

We put it into practice: communication, training, mobilising relays, tracking indicators, continuous adjustment.

The duration of each phase is defined at scoping, based on the scale of the project.

Deliverables you can leaf through

A sample of what a typical engagement produces. All of them exist, and all have been used in real-world settings.

Phase 1

  • Success confidence index
  • Preliminary analysis of human and organisational impacts
  • Target vision and organisational principles
  • Executive summary (5 to 10 slides)
  • Structured interview readout

Phase 2

  • Prioritised, synchronised roadmap
  • Full impact analysis: processes, roles, skills, workload
  • Adoption measurement plan: indicators, sources, frequency

Phase 3

  • Communication kit and plan
  • Training plan by population
  • Key user community, mobilised and facilitated
  • Adoption barometer and monthly reviews

Practice 2

Change capability

When the challenge is no longer a project, but your ability to lead change on your own. Your transformations are multiplying and each one starts from scratch. We build a lasting capability within your organisation: your teams build their skills, your practice is equipped, a common framework takes root.

Practitioner upskilling

Training + coaching on your real projects

Your project managers and change agents take ownership of the framework and lead change themselves.

Internal change practice & PMO

Governance, roles, tools, rituals

We structure your change management function and make it autonomous, integrated into your PMO.

Licence & certification

The framework as your in-house standard

You adopt the framework under licence and certify your practitioners. It becomes your internal standard.

Practice 3

Executive coaching

When an executive goes through a moment that tests their leadership stance. Taking up a new role, a wider scope, a team under strain, a heavy decision to carry. These moments are worked on over time, with someone who knows the pressure of an executive committee and does not confuse empathy with complacency. In a transformation, coaching targets the roles that tip adoption: the sponsor who needs to be visible, the manager who needs the right tools, the project manager who needs to be aligned.

Three formats

Individual coaching

Executives, sponsors and managers

Programme leads, sponsors, managers stepping into a role. Stance, decision-making, communication in difficult situations.

Pair coaching

Leadership duos

CEO and COO, CEO and CHRO, sponsor and programme director. Aligning the tandem and clarifying roles.

Preparing for key moments

High-stakes milestones

A strategic announcement, a management convention, a sensitive negotiation. Leading your relays with the right touch.

Practice 4

Trusted advisor

Staying by your side over time. Once the first engagement is delivered, the transformation keeps living. We remain the sponsor’s trusted partner, every month, to secure adoption, so you never have to defend the transformation alone in front of the committee.

Steering

The strategic safeguard

Two steering sessions per month (90 min) and a hotline between sessions. Reading adoption risks, decisions to take to your committee.

Steering + Operational

Steering, plus hands-on project work

Everything in Steering, plus around one day on site per month: facilitating workshops and building your agents’ skills.

Your monthly deliverable

Included in both options

A steering note backed by the adoption barometer: where adoption stands, which risks are rising, which decisions to take. Not an activity report, a decision tool.

Both options: terms agreed with you.

An hour to talk it through

A 45-minute scoping conversation, with no premature quote and no commitment.
